How it works

Our procedures, step by step

From first enquiry to ongoing support, here is the clear pathway every family follows with us.

  1. 1. Enrolment & assessment

Families get in touch, share their learner’s goals and complete a free initial assessment so we can plan the right level of support.

  2. 2. Agreeing a plan

We confirm session times, subjects and the chosen package, and set out clear expectations around scheduling, cancellations and progress reviews.

  3. 3. Ongoing review

Progress is tracked every session, with regular term reports for parents and open communication whenever a learner’s needs change.

  4. 4. Raising a concern

Any concern can be raised directly with us by email or phone. We acknowledge it quickly, look into it fairly and keep families informed until it is resolved.
